We collect the information you provide directly to us, such as your name and email address when you submit a request through our Custom Transcriptions form, or when you contact us by email. For custom transcription requests, this may also include the piece title, instrument, links to reference recordings, and any file you choose to upload.
We use this information to respond to your request, prepare a quote, communicate with you about your order, and fulfil our contractual and legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
All purchases are completed on Payhip, our payment and digital delivery partner, using Stripe or other payment methods Payhip supports. We do not process or store your payment card details. Physical books are produced and shipped on demand by Bookvault. When you place an order, the information necessary to fulfil it (such as your name and shipping address) is shared with these partners for that purpose only.

Depending on your request, your information may be processed by Payhip (payments and digital delivery), Bookvault (print-on-demand and shipping), our website hosting provider, and the email services we use to communicate with you.
