This website is primarily informational. All purchases are completed on Payhip, our payment and delivery platform, and are subject to Payhip's own terms of service in addition to these terms. We do not process payments directly on this site.
Prices for catalogue items are shown on the relevant Payhip product page. Custom Transcriptions are quoted individually, based on the complexity of the piece; no work begins, and no payment is due, until you have accepted a quote.
All transcriptions, texts, images and other content on this website are protected by copyright and remain the property of Beats Editions or its licensors, unless stated otherwise. Purchasing a transcription grants you a personal license to use it as described on the relevant product page; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying musical composition.
Custom transcriptions are prepared strictly for your own personal, non-commercial use, for study and educational purposes. You do not acquire publishing or distribution rights to the underlying composition or to the transcription itself. The transcription may not be published, resold, or otherwise distributed or made available to third parties.
Digital products are delivered electronically through Payhip. Physical books are produced on demand and shipped by Bookvault. See our Shipping Policy for details.

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, or to attempt to copy, redistribute, or resell our content or transcriptions beyond the license granted to you.
Beats Editions provides its content and services on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products.
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Italian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
